1. How are the products made?
All our products are printed on demand using high-quality printing techniques through our partner Printify. Each item is specially produced after your order is confirmed to ensure personalized and responsible production.
2. Where are the products shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our partner Printify’s production and distribution centers located in the United States, Europe, and other regions depending on the customer’s delivery address.
3. What are the production and delivery times?
Production usually takes between 2 and 5 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier, with an estimated average of 5 to 12 business days.
4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Since products are made on demand, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the product concerned.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before production begins. Once the manufacturing process has started, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
