RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Product Nature (Print on Demand)

All products available on PRINTAKY are made to order through a Print on Demand process in collaboration with Printify.
Due to the custom nature of these products, items are not pre-made and cannot be resold once produced.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The customer ordered the wrong size
  • The customer selected the wrong color
  • The customer changed their mind after placing the order
  • An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

⚠️ Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, colors, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.

3. Eligible Cases for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or free replacements are accepted only in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The received item differs from the original order

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Clear photos showing the issue are required
  • There is no need to return the damaged product

If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for verification.

4. Resolution Process

After reviewing the claim:

  • A free replacement will be issued
    or
  • A refund will be provided, depending on the case

🔄 The decision to issue a replacement or a refund is made in accordance with Printify’s policies.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed through Printify
  • The refunded amount may be returned to the store balance or to the original payment method
  • Processing times vary depending on the payment provider or bank

⚠️ If your billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), the refund may be returned directly to the original payment source.

6. Shipping Issues or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to the shipping carrier:

  • A reprint may be offered for an additional fee
    or
  • A partial refund may be issued, depending on the situation

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

7. Print Placement Disclaimer (DTG)

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products:

  • A placement tolerance of up to 0.5 inches (approximately 1.27 cm) is considered acceptable
  • Minor variations within this range are not considered defects
