• All orders must be paid in full before production begins
• Once production starts, orders cannot be modified or canceled
• Order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placement
• We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or specifications at any time without prior notice

3. SHIPPING
• We currently ship to the United States 🇺🇸
• Shipping times vary based on your location and product type
• Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control
